“I had started my account with them about the time covid started. But had forgotten about it and had done nothing with it at all. And true to their commercials they never once tried to shut me down or scream for some kind of payment. When I realized that I had neglected that account so badly I went in to straighten out my assumed mess. They were all very friendly and helped me through everything and now I have 2 accounts in good standing and have discovered that there are still a couple of places that stick to their word and do what's right. If I was looking for a place to roost bank wise ENT would be my choice like they say act like you own the place.”

“We were indecisive on where to open a joint checking account and decided to stop in here to check it out. The staff was very friendly (shoutout Hite), the place was nice, and everything was straight forward. We walked out with a new account. They also print debit/credit cards on the spot and don't use call centers, so any banking/fraud issues are a quick fix with a "no-hold" local phone call.Definitely recommended!”

“I went to the branch in Fort Collins to obtain a check to purchase a car from a private seller. We met in the bank lobby to do the transaction. The teller was very helpful in getting the check the way the seller wanted, printed out a blank bill of sale for us, helped us fill out the title transfer and the security guard helped us remove the old plates! They also photocopied everything for us. Such great service!!”

“I find the midtown elevations branch to make managing money feel better, I travel out of my way to come to this branch. Sebastian and Sarah have helped me personally for years. The new branch manager Harley is very kinda and helpful and Erin helped me print out a bunch of statements to help with tax prep, cannot thank Erin enough for his willingness to attack tax prep as if it were his own!Having my mortgage and all my expenses running through elevations has provided piece of mind despite a rough rollout of transitioning to a 3rd party platform for business banking.”

“There was a miscommunication when we called the Meldrum branch and we were told that they had a change machine, however they don't. We think we got a Denver call number. The staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We had to count our change by hand but they were great to deal with never the less so 5 stars to the staff at the Meldrum branch on a Friday night!!!!”
“The bank the associates are so kind, it’s just a bummer the company doesn’t allow for the capability to actually talk to the local branch. You can only go to a call center and that’s often times not helpful. I want to talk with people that actually know what is happening at the local bank.”

I look at the negative reviews and have to believe that they are written by non-members (the 3% check cashing fee), or members who have difficulty with their accounts due to their own issues and want to blame a bank. Some just don't understand a process or procedure, they just need to ask.This is the best bank (credit union) I have known.”

I needed a new one and my normal branches machine was down. Staff was friendly and fast. They got my questions answered and also quickly got me a new card.
