While customers cannot directly contact the local branch and must go through a call center, the in-person experience is positive, with the staff being helpful in resolving issues and guiding customers. The branch also has a small seating area for customers to wait if needed. The bank the associates are so kind, it’s just a bummer the company doesn’t allow for the capability to actually talk to the local branch. You can only go to a call center and that’s often times not helpful. I want to talk with people that actually know what is happening at the local bank.
