“This review is from a customer stand point and also from a point of spark pick up. Spark pick up I would give 5 stars! It is very easy. The staff you work with are really friendly. It is very easy to do pick ups here. Really been very enjoyable. As far as a customer goes of teh store. Well its walmart. I have had some not so pleasant experiences especially with the self check cashiers. I can think of multiple occasions that I have had issues with them and they have been snarky and not friendly.”

“The store was packed this Sunday morning. Well-staffed with plenty of carts available, hand sanitizing station and towelettes. The store was clean and well-stocked. Because produce is a popular item and the shelves can run down quickly on busy days, there was an employee continually restocking produce. Needed only a few items for my pizza making. They had it all. I do need to comment about the LARGE floral department. Colorful, well-stocked and tended to by an employee. It brightened my morning. all in all a good customer experience.”
“Went in to get the London broil on sale and asked the meat department if they would slice them for us to make jerky. I am very impressed how they are happy to do this. Kudos the guy in the meat department with the beard. You are awesome!!!”

“My wife and I moved from Aurora to Severance. The nearest King Soopers is in Windsor. Wow! What a big difference from Aurora. Each time we come to this grocery store, we have a good experience. The staff (cashiers and baggers) are very friendly and professional. They would say hello and smile and would say thank you and would say have a great day/evening. We never had this good experience while shopping at King Soopers in Aurora. Thumbs up to the store managers for training their employees well. Keep up the great work Windsor store!”
“I just wanted to update my review. Most of the time these days i just use pick up (which i love). If your order over $35 in products (i think) than you can use the pick up service for free.Jeff is most frequently the guy who brings out my groceries to me. I think he may also be in charge of the dept now? Since he has been around things have gone really well. my orders have been great and i have not had any issues anymore. He and the other couple of guys i have had load groceries over last 6 months at least are always friendly, thorough and most remember who i am.”

“This review written solely from perspective of a spark delivery driver. I have not shopped at this store otherwise.Arrived at the store. Have not been here before. There were signs stating that the pick up people should go to one location. So I went to that location and then could not find help. When I did find help i was told i needed to go to another location. And then unlike the fort collins store the orders were not already bundled together in a cart ready to just push out. Had to go and grab a cart and then load it as they handed me bag by bag.The employees were all super friendly and helpful! The process here was way more complicated than at the fort collins store though.Store was clean. Parking lot huge.”
