The staff on duty this afternoon was a very pleasant and professional, friendky and welcoming young man named Jace.
We had some questions about a few products that infortunatetely werent currently in stock, but Jace was able to tell us in grear detail about the items and was able to inform us theyd be gettimg a delivery tomorrow.

“Today was my first interaction with this store and it was fabulous. Both managers, Max and Tim, were super attentive to my concerns about the other Smoker Friendly location in Loveland. Max went above and beyond and got in touch directly with the manager above them. If youwant a cool and chill gas station/smoke shop, come here. Also, this location has really cool smoking glassware and silicone pipes produced by a local artist (e.g., R2-D2, Yoshi, and Baby Yoda tobacco pipes)! So glad I found this place! ????”
“You need an ID to buy 21+ items...who knew?! They carry great selection of cigars(especially for the area), staff are friendly, and prices are right on par. The shop itself deserves 5 stars. I would say the lounge is also great. I just wish the filtration or air system was a little bit better and that they maybe had one or two more chairs. Highly recommend!”
