“Very helpful young man. I needed some type of straps to help quiet the soft side cargo carrier on my car. Never having to use one before, found it intolerably noisy. Even though he wasn’t open in his department he assisted me and showed me how the ratchet straps worked. After trying to put them on for some time I had to return to the store and get assistance from him. He willingly helped me get situated and attached the straps properly. So thankful for his help and the quiet once again. As I left the store I let management know how much he helped me and how much I appreciated it.”
“My wife and I were headed outta state for camping and we were right out side of Trinidad when our tire on the camper came off (Luckily it was midnight) so we unhooked and went to town til sunlight.This place was the first place to open, (all we needed was new lug bolts luckily) so we go to this place to find said lug bolts and he had 1 package of lug bolts that were EXACTLY what I needed he definitely saved the day and told me where I could find a spare package”
