107 E Main St, TrinidadWe were lucky enough to find this place on our way to Colorado Springs from Dallas. We were immediately greeted by positive vibes, beautiful plants, uplifting art, and some of the best vegan food we've ever had. Rahm (sp) and Jessica were incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about all things Vegan food and advice for our families spring break trip. We got the falafel dish, curry with the most amazing baked tofu I've ever had, and a grilled cheese sandwich for our 5 year old. Everything was organic, fully vegan, and knock your socks off delicious! Do yourself and your taste buds a favor and check this place out. We'll be going again on our way back home and it's left me with an odd yearning for Colorado Springs portion of the vacation to be over so we can eat there again on our way back home.

202 N Commercial St, TrinidadGot a Mississippi mud and mint chip milkshake which was excellent. Wife got salted caramel and cookies and cream on a waffle cone which was excellent. And our dog got a small vanilla soft serve doggie cone which he devoured. The person serving us was patient and let us try a few flavors to decide.

Perkatory Coffee House
114 E Main St Suite B, TrinidadFirst time visit to Perkatory. It was a nice experience. Quaint little coffee shop with unique coffee in addition to the regulars. Friendly people. You should try it out if you are passing through or by Trinidad, CO. It’s right off the I-25 and a quick pit stop. I tried the Dirty Horchata Latte (Hot) it’s a little sweeter than I liked but still good. My son got an iced vanilla latte and he said it was good as well.

Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association
1921 E Main St, TrinidadAdopted a sweet adult cat named Alice. The people were very kind and they were very helpful with answering questions. The animals that I saw all looked well taken care of, and the staff was very caring and gentle when dealing with Alice. I would recommend them to a friend looking for a new furry friend.
