Sitzmark Vail is a small, boutique hotel with a perfect location in Vail Village, right on Gore Creek. It is steps from the best restaurants, coffee shops, fountains, playgrounds, and the gondola, allowing guests to walk absolutely everywhere. The property is beautiful, with fabulous views of the creek and surrounding activity. The hotel is known for its exceptional, personalized service and some of the best customer service. The entire staff is very friendly, fun, helpful, and proactive. Guests appreciate the personalized service and the excellent customer service provided throughout their stay. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and management are all noted as being incredibly friendly and helpful. The General Manager is particularly commended for being proactive and making special accommodations. The rooms are generally clean and offer beautiful views, often with a balcony overlooking the pool and creek. While some rooms are just a little bit small, the Junior Suites are much better and more spacious. Many rooms feature a fireplace and balcony. The rooftop pool is a fantastic amenity, enjoyed by both adults and children. The hotel offers a daily continental breakfast, which some find better than average with fresh fruit, cereal, and assorted breads, though others note it is not so awesome, consisting basically of little pastries and some yogurt. A nice touch is the cookies baked periodically by the desk attendants. Guests also enjoy cocktails on the patio. The parking below the building is not very large SUV or truck friendly. Many guests are already planning a return trip, highly recommending it as the perfect hotel in Vail Village.
This hotel is in the PERFECT location. The entire staff is so nice but Louis was extra nice. The rooms were clean and we had a beautiful view. The continental breakfast was better than average with fresh fruit, cereal, and assorted breads. Will absolutely come back! Thanks!

Had an excellent stay at the Sitzmark. Ben and the staff were very gracious hosts. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The morning breakfasts and freshly baked cookies in the afternoon were a treat. The heated pool and hot tub were very relaxing.

Loved our stay. 30" of powder over the five days, fun in the hot tub and pool, solid breakfast, great staff, location, amenities. Hope to be back next year.
