“I had my snowboarding gear shipped to this UPS location and wasn't going to be able to make it into the store before closing time on Saturday. I was able to get ahold of the manager, Alayah, and she told me that she would come into the store when I arrived to Vail in order to get me my snowboard gear so I could go to the mountain on Sunday...
