I was told that my EV charging could be accommodated only to be told after check in that only Teslas can be charged. My car has a Tesla charging port but that didn't make a difference to the hotel. Now I have to scramble to get charged to return home. Just a total lack of communication and transparency.

We had fantastic stay at Tivoli. Nice lodge with jacuzzi, mountains view, clean room with balcony and breakfast was great. Very close to Vail village. They even offered free e bikes which was so much fun to ride.
