“The truck (and trailer) I rented were parked in the front of the location all ready to go. Trailer was being towed to my location as a favor to UHaul. It was hooked up properly and we did a walk around before I left. Very nice guy checked us in, but I don't remember his name. Very happy and helpful.”

“I rented a 26’ truck with furniture pads. The employee at Fort Collins store was okay but he wanted to give me the pads that left in the truck by the previous renter. I had to ask him to switch the set with a new one. Also, the fuel level was around three quarts. When I mentioned that he said he will note it. Luckily I took a photo. When I returned the truck I found that they charged me $140 claiming the fuel level was full when I got the truck. I had to call them and send a photo, then they refunded me for that amount immediately. In total, the customer service of booking and all phone and app services were great but the local service in Fort Collins can do a better job.”
