This Barnes & Noble location is an absolute favorite for people. The store is reliable with new book releases; whenever a book is set to drop online it is in stock the same day, never late. The accuracy and consistency keep people coming back for series such as Demon Slayer, One Piece and other volumes. Staff are always friendly and easy to find what people are looking for. The manga section may be small but sometimes a gem can be found. The store offers an amazing variety beyond books, including puzzles, games, crafts, music, toys and more. The kids' section is great and full of choices, and the seasonal curation is loved. Return order is worked with magic by the staff. The bigger B&N's store has complete collections of favorite series and a perfect place to go when bored at home.
They always have a great selection. The staff is always willing to help you find what you need and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

I had trouble finding a book from a certain author and eventually just gave up looking for it. One employee at the customer service desk kinda in the middle of the store seemed a bit bothered that I asked to check a price.
The people at the front where you check out are nice.
