“I think Ozzy secretly just gave me a new car. At least, that's how good my car looked after he and his technician fixed the damage from a deer collision. I felt that Ozzy cared about me and my car, and it was so easy to work with him and the staff. They have a streamlined operation going. From a technical standpoint, I was impressed that Ozzy got all the necessary parts right on the first try and did such a thorough job to get the car back to being like new so quickly.
