The CVS automated system is terrible, that get zero stars. The actual team at the Orchard Park location are excellent. They are always very helpful.

Not even a variety of any thing here, was told by a worker it's not even a full pharmacy here why even call your self one? Don't carry any thing that is found on line for cvs!! Bs!

Absolutely horrible customer service. It is impossible to speak to pharmacy staff. The voicemail doesn’t allow you to leave a message before it hangs up on you. Trying to get a prescription refilled is very difficult.
