Customer service is really lacking. I was trying to find out what the difference was between my last refill and current refill because there was almost a $200 difference. My question was met with an eye roll, shoulder shrug, and an “I don’t know”. If they truly are not able to find that information, it would be much better received without the eye roll.

Avoid this place, do not even think about taking vaccinations. They do not have a dedicated place for that. Just an area in the middle shop with placed screen on 2 sides. Other shoppers can still see you. They have a mess... They had mixed lots of COVID vaccines in the box... I could hear they were discussing it. Also the vaccination did not go well... First injection they tried to do with too short needle... Realizing this fact after already punching my arm. They had to replace the needle and do it again. Before that they did not sanitize my arm again, even though it touched my T-shirt.
Avoid this place at all cost, as it's not sterile enough to administer vaccinations. The mess and mixed lots in the same box does not give me confidence that they know what they do.

Not even a variety of any thing here, was told by a worker it's not even a full pharmacy here why even call your self one? Don't carry any thing that is found on line for cvs!! Bs!

Absolutely horrible customer service. It is impossible to speak to pharmacy staff. The voicemail doesn’t allow you to leave a message before it hangs up on you. Trying to get a prescription refilled is very difficult.

They do not care when the line is 10 people long They'll have 4 people working and one person checking out customers. I am writing this in the line. I have been here for 20 minutes.

This is the most difficult pharmacy I've ever been forced to work with. It used to be a minutes-long process to speak to a pharmacist over the phone but now that option has been removed entirely and you have to leave a voicemail. They seem chronically understaffed and wait times are long.

Always out of my 2 medications that I get every single month. I call the day before and they say they have it and to call in morning it will be filled, every time I call back they say we have to order it now cause someone else had the same med and it's first come first serve. This has been going on for 3 yrs now. So I go without for a few days every month. It's ridiculous! I have RA, Leukemia, and 4 back surgeries. So I am in extreme pain without every month. They don't care, I've tried being kind, I've been a Karen, it doesn't matter. Rude and never say goodbye or anything kind. Such bad business attitude. I was in the medical field and was always kind and courteous to ppl. Not here...what happened to being a decent person?? ?

Amazing. This location is absolutely amazing. The pharmacists are fast, professional and just all around wonderful! Coming from Walgreens on 12OTH AND CO. BLVD........you will not believe the difference. If I could give 10 stars I would. This IS HOW A PHARMACY SHOULD OPERATE! Just beautiful! Mark my words when I say this........ you ALL should be very proud of the level of service you provide! Don't ever change! I only know one name so far....... Julie, you are top notch. You definitely put Walgreens to absolute shame! - Oh and Ty is wonderful too (sorry for spelling) helped me with my transition from the worst pharmacy in Thornton and we all know that pharmacy well if you live in Thornton........ choke choke, Walgreens 120th CO. Blvd or Walgreens in general. Thank you so much! Keep up the FANTASTIC service that you provide and believe me when I say that.

I had a antiviral for covid sent here since I’m high risk I talked to a pharmacy tech who told me they didn’t have it in stock then she asked pharmacist who said none of their cvs targets carry it … ok so I called around and then called another cvs and they do have it there!! The problem they could no longer see it in their system I called This pharmacy again and they told me they couldn’t see it. But an hour and a half ago I had their other tech confirm it was there they just don’t have the med. I then had to go back and forth and was told I must be confused and misunderstood… took me 2 days to get this med whichc should’ve been the same night I think the pharmacy tech deleted the med completely. My doctor confirmed it was sent my doctor’s office thankfully had to call them to get it resolved. This cvs messed up I asked how does a med go missing when it was showing up an hour ago when I first called. They didn’t care however they did fill my inhaler who that they got the same day and time as the antiviral. The pharmacy tech had left for the day but that’s not ok how do you just “not see the medication anymore” when another tech told me they saw the script and confirm they didn’t have it. Un accepted

This is an awful pharmacy. You get an automated call saying your medication will be ready only to be told its out of stock when you arrive. Terrible! I hope Target gets wise and dumps the garbage that is CVS

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! The Pharmacist clearly does not care about her customers and I'm sure she knows who this review is from. I had to be a Karen today! Totally refused to help me with my insurance. My insurance assured me I was covered but the techs don't know what they are doing. So guess what?? I'm now a Walgreens customer! Oh by the way Walgreens took care of me in less than 5 mins! So yes ya'll are stupid!!!!!

I had the single worst customer service experience of my life here. This location is constantly out of medications and a specific medication I need they never order in time to be able to fill my prescription. Instead they just say they don’t have it and I’m left without medication- even though this is a reoccurring prescription I have there so they should know when more is needed. One time they at least offered to give me a couple days worth until they had more they could fill my prescription fully- but when I asked about that during the next time it happened, the pharmacist literally screamed at me that “it was illegal and I’m not taking no for answer!!!!!” and hung up the call. I was speechless. Truly laughable customer service. I will never go back to this location. Also, one time I went to pick up medication and the pharmacy was just closed with a sign “closed until further notice”. It was not during lunch time or a specified time off. When I asked the target workers they couldn’t believe how they just closed it without any indication to customers when they would be back.
