Honestly a terrible mortgage experience with Ramiro. Save yourself time. He is clearly inexperienced and we have been told many things before finding out what he’s said is actually untrue.

I USED to love this bank & told others about them, that was years ago however. NOW for some reason, they will side with a scam company & take $ that doesn’t belong to them. Just WOW! Go to a credit union, they treat people like they matter.

Being their customer for 20 years, never think about cancel membership with them untill now because of the teller name Tori, she the one who changed my mine, the most rude and racist person I ever met. Dont understand why 1st keep a person like that to make their customers run away!
