The process was fast and painless. They also make change for the fortune 500 company down the street on occasion. I would recommend understanding terms, don't let your balance go negative or opt out of overdraft, set up savings coverage. Because even if you cover the debits w credits it triggers their over draft protection.”

“We have been members of Elevations for years and have been quite happy. I love many things about the Credit Union. I do want to make public a very frustrating experience we have just had, as it was a colossal waste of time. We were excited to use the Financial Wellness Tools that Elevations had online, only to find out after inputting data for the last several months and categorizing the data for the entire year, that when we went to look at the calendar year in review, January of 2023 is no longer available. They only allow you to see 11 months and the beginning of the current month so you never can look over an entire year let alone a calendar year, which is used in budgeting. I wonder who would think something like that is helpful. Elevations said it was what the vendor offered. Disappointing.”

“I am semi-new to credit so I called this branch to get a new credit card set up and negotiate my balance and interest rate and everyone I talked to was so helpful I believe that the first two people I talked to were a woman that explained everything and helped me decide on what to to go with. I also talked to a man (I believe his name was Oscar or Hector tbh I'm terrible with names) and the last person I talked with that was very patient with me and answering my questions in regards on what to do to best help me with graduating from my secured card. Lane is amazing and a wonderful person and branch manager. This whole branch just feels all together more helpful and put together in comparison to the other branches I've visited. Lane, Hector (I think) and I think her name was Maryanne are the best of the best. Higher up management should really take note of this branch because they are rocking it”

Am often in lobby and drive thru. I have never encountered an unpleasant staff member. Always a hello with a smile, quick transactions and a thank you. Have called branch with questions and receive the same excellent customer service. Never treated like a just another checking account number. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else.”
