“I needed a loan for some major car repairs and Monique was very friendly, easy to talk to, and was able to answer any questions I had. She explained the terms of the loan and the optional insurance policies thoroughly. I would work with her again! Also, Alejandro was very nice over the phone! I did start the loan application with Lisa, and admittedly she sounded rushed over the phone but based on the call volume the Westminster location was receiving in the short 20-30 minutes I was there, it’s understandable why she sounded rushed.”
“I had never even heard of Vectra Bank before I met Alex Desantiago, who works in their Westminster branch. He told me all about their services and it sounded great, so I did some research. Everything checked out and sounded much better than my current bank (name withheld). I just opened a business checkinig account at Vectra. The process went smoothly and Alex answered my questions confidently and professionally. Based on my experience so far, I expect to be a customer for a long time.”

“Best bank I ever dealt with. Bruno is an expert. He set up my account in no time. They have financial advisors to help you set a plan to earn the most, and they are complimentary so it was an amazing perk. Not to mention that Bruno opened my eyes to a whole new world of finance. He is so knowledgeable about these things and I am just not. Adrian is the bank teller, and that guy is the fastest. I never have to wait more than 2 minutes to deposit anything. I mean McDonald's can learn from this guy's turnover rate. He deposits money faster than it takes Chick-fil-A to make fries. You talk about speed! Accuracy is on a whole another level with these guys. They are super friendly and welcoming. Go in there and say Hi to Bruno and Adrian... Open an account while you are at it. Thanks guy!”
“Always friendly and helpful... excellent customer service at every branch I've been in. I love using the mobile app for checking my balance, checking my statement, looking at pending transactions, depositing checks and transferring money from one account to another. It's saved me from dozens of trips to the bank! I get a text message when an unauthorized person tries to use my credit or debit card. This saved me from paying for siding and roofing materials for someone I don't know. I feel very safe and in good hands with Huntington Bank.”
“I have been with Westerra for almost 30 years and they have become a comparable credit union to other big name banks. I appreciate the low fees and great services they provide online and in person. I appreciate how they monitor strange activity and have been great at flagging suspicious transactions and prevented my account from being compromised.”

“This is a true small business owners bank. Their methods, customer service and efficiencies are solid for personal accounts but beyond excellent for business accounts. Significantly superior to other 'local' and national banks I have had accounts at in the past. If you own a business and are frustrated by the common and constant shortcomings and shortsightedness of your current financial institution, feeling like you will be institutionalized dealing with them any longer, then gain some sanity and improve your financial flexibility by moving your accounts to MVBofC.”

Even if it’s out of my way, it’s worth the drive. Never had a bad experience here. Not only do they handle my banking well, they’ve given me tips to build my credit and save money. I am now 21 years old with an 814 credit score thanks to them. Can’t recommend them enough!”
“I worked with Jordan Kissler and Sean Donnelly, and they were the absolute best. I am self employed, they had no problems handling that. They were so good that i suggested them to my sister who is in the non-profit sector—— they nailed that one too!

“I don't often write reviews but noticed a few when checking open hours on website for Westminster location. I've banked with TBK since opening several years ago, Valley Bank before. Am often in lobby and drive thru. I have never encountered an unpleasant staff member. Always a hello with a smile, quick transactions and a thank you. Have called branch with questions and receive the same excellent customer service. Never treated like a just another checking account number. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else.”

“Bank itself is great, but they partner with other companies that are abysmal, so be cautious about opening a new account here.
Edit: Gina, one of the tellers who works here, is an angel that got my accounts moved totally under the UMB umbrella so I don't have to deal with that terrible company anymore. She's been my main teller since I started banking here and I really can't recommend her enough. Problem resolved!”
