Juan is an amazing hairstylist at the salon. I always have a great experience under his expert care. He’s not only highly knowledgeable in his field, he is an incredible person that makes me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend him!

CLEARANCE GALORE! (But not really)
Virtually everything is marked as on clearance, but when you actually go to check out, your savings will depend on which cash register is being used. As the cashier rang up my items, two different prices came out on two different consoles. Confused, she called over a manager named Celina, who was a real peach (*insert sarcasm here*).
The manager banished the cashier to go cover someone else's break so she could tell me that there was no sale despite it appearing on one of the consoles. I asked about the disparity and pointed out that everything on the rack was clearly marked as discounted. I even showed her the sign and the prices. Her explanation: well apparently there were some wrong items placed there. Now, it'd be one thing if it was just one or two items; but we're talking an ENTIRE RACK full of mislabeled items, all under a big huge clearance sign. Even the manager said she didn't know which items were discounted and which weren't.
And just to be clear this is not the only instance of "mislabeled" items. My husband was going to buy some Docker's shoes marked down 59.00 from 80.00 (the sign was SPECIFICALLY labeled with those particular items as discounted! Right next to a pair of display shoes!)
To shorten an already lengthy story, we got the discount (my frustrated husband skipped the shoes) but I will not shop at this JC Penny again. Everything is mislabeled, both on the shelves and in the system. The store is mess, the signs are misleading, and the systems are inaccurate. If you want your discounts, you will have to haggle, drag the manager over to the false signs, and hope you get the right register. Terrible.

It was cool to see JCPenney‘s. That had multiple levels like it was when I was a kid. I wish I’d bring back more stores like this.

On the 23rd I went shopping for gifts and when I asked for a bag to carry the things I had purchased, they told me they didn't have any. But they didn't look in other boxes and they gave me two paper bags that I had paid for and they broke instantly. The attention of these people at the checkout is not It was not at all kind.

I don't shop there much but my sister wanted a gift card from there. My brother and I walked the store for a while and was a bit surprised that the prices were pretty reasonable and of course were good quality. It was clean and organized. I used Google maps to get me there and where it took me seemed out of the way, even though it took me to a main entrance door, I am guessing that there are other entrances that don't feel like the entrance to a maze. Don't get me wrong, it took me right to the entrance but you had to drive between the parking garage and the other building...just felt weird.

Very rude workers. My daughter asked one of the workers for help and she completely ignored her like she wasn't even there. On top of that the workers basically rushed her by asking if she was ready to check out when she obviously wasn't or else she would've been at the register. She said the workers made her feel very uncomfortable. My daughter is a young black girl so that better not be the reason why they were acting that way...

Good clothes. Nice selection of petites. There are limited staff to assist you; they are all at the registers. All the dressing rooms are closed but one area; and the wheelchair accessible one was locked.

Richard at the salon did my daughter's hair after the initial person who was scheduled to do her hair didnt show up. Richard did such an amazing job so glad he ended up doing it. Her hair came out so beautiful and we were definitely super satisfied. THANK YOU RICHARD!!!❤
