I went to the Macy's on 14535 Delaware Street Westminster CO and had an amazing experience. Kristine and Eva helped me in the women's clothing department. I believe it was Kristine who helped me find what I was looking for. I was looking for jeans, a specific brand. I was looking for Gloria Vanderbilt. I had bought a pair years ago and absolutely loved them. I have not been able to find them since. I was looking around and the sales associate asked me if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she said oh yes we have a whole section now and they are on sale. She took me over and showed me where they were located and was extemely helpful. When I checked out she asked for my phone number so that it would go to my rewards account. It has been a long time since I shopped at Macys and had forgotten all about the Star Rewards program. She was also very friendly, knowledgable, helpful, professional and nice. I ended up buying several pairs of jeans as there was such a good varity to choose from and the sale prices were fantastic. It was such a nice experience as many sales associates anymore are rude, unhelpful and well just very unprofessional. I will return to this Macy'a again because of Kristine and Eva. It was a pleasurable experience. I then went to the beauty products to look for Clinique. It had been a long time since I have purchased Clinique. Tiffani helped me. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. She took me over to where the products were and was going to have someone who as at that counter help me. I told her I would rather have her help me because she was so nice and helpful. She then showed me the different packages that were available and explained what each one contained, what skin type they were for, the prices of each, etc. Again it was a very pleasant experience and I really enjoyed conversing with Tiffany as she is such a terrific sales associate. She also asked for my phone number when she checked me out. Again I will return to this Macy's because of Tiffany. These sales associates should all be reward for the outstanding jobs they do. Thank you Kristine, Eva and Tiffany.

Do not go to this store for jewelry help! they have the rudest sales person ever!
she insinuated I was poor.
Asking to verify the purchase of my watch for resize.
I don’t just carry around receipts.
I have purchased several watches from them and this is the 2nd time she was rude Macy’s shame on you for allowing this to be tolerated the lack of customer service is so sad.

Went to the store on 12/24 for a last minute gift the woman helping me was wonderful. A very rude guy named "Oscar" who was an employee interrupts us demands she stop helping me and ring up his customer. He then purposely goes out of his way to be rude. So much so the woman helping me told him to knock it off. He was truly the Grinch trying nti steal Christmas.

The only thing was when I was leaving the store I was dressed inner sweatshirt and baggy pants when I left the store I went past the makeup and perfume aisles and I had one of those looks like in the Julia Roberts movie that I didn't look like I belonged in that store. That point never reminded me of that movie.

I had an exceptional shopping experience at Macy’s Orchard Town Center, thanks to Amalia! She truly went above and beyond to ensure I found everything I needed. Amalia was not only knowledgeable about the products but also incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about making your shopping experience perfect, and Amalia did just that. She is a true asset to the Macy’s team, and because of her outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Amalia, for your kindness and professionalism—easily a 10/10 experience!

I always go to this location for Clinique products, Tatyana is the best representative of Macy's. She is kind, helpful and very professional. I just adore her. Please give her employee of the month. She is amazing.
