In addition to shoes and clothing, Macy's has a wide variety of housewares, gifts and furniture in select stores. Customers have had exceptional shopping experiences at Macy's, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. Annette was awesome in assisting a customer and her friend to find the right sizes and styles without any pressure. Amalia at the Orchard Town Center location went above and beyond to ensure the customer found everything they needed, demonstrating great product knowledge, patience and a warm, friendly demeanor. Tatyana, the Clinique representative, was described as kind, helpful and very professional, deserving of employee of the month recognition. The staff at the cologne and perfume section were also noted for being attentive and courteous.
