“Original review: “I purchased this Vitrazza Glass Floor Mat in five years ago. I routinely clean it and today, I noticed the surface has begun to "fog" it's not on the surface of the glass and it will not come out. On my dark blue office carpet, this mat looks horrible. I have reached out for warranty support.”
Update: I changed the overall rating from one star to five stars within 24 hours of me posting my previous review I was reached via phone call from Vitrazza customer support. After a brief discussion, it was determined that the flaw in my floor mat appears to be an anomaly. The company has arranged for a replacement under the warranty and intern, I will return the faulty item via prepaid shipping. I am truly amazed with the level of customer support, and an overall attitude of product improvement to prevent such a defect occurring in the future to others. Five stars to Vitrazza!!!”

After a couple of years of comfort our toggle switch broke on our recliner. Trey ( the store manager) came out to the house. Evaluated the problem and sent a crew in to replace the parts to new like condition.
It’s really nice to see a company stand by their product.”

“I had the best experience getting some 11x17 prints done in this location. The man who helped me was super efficient, listened to what I needed and printed exactly what I wanted. He made sure that I was satisfied with what was being printed and paid great attention to the details of my order. I had previously gone to the Office Depot in the Central Park area and they were terrible, and I came out with prints that weren't good quality. My experience in this Thornton location was the exact opposite. Highly recommend getting your prints done here!”
