Old Navy is an apparel and accessories brand for the entire family. The staff at this location are described as amazing, super nice, very very helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. Customers report receiving excellent and helpful customer service, with associates showing compassion and helping to save money. The people are acknowledged as more than willing to help, making shoppers feel appreciated. However, a significant issue noted is with the removal of extended and plus sizes from the store, which has caused disappointment. This has led some customers to feel they are no longer champions of Old Navy, especially given the limited affordable stores that carry these sizes. Despite this, many customers state they will shop there in the future because of the amazing and very nice staff.
