“We had our newborn session done at the jc Penny portraits in Westminster and we were absolutely blown away by how amazing it was! We were paired with Stacy the photographer and she did a fantastic job with our 2 week old. She is so patient with the newborn and she has an amazing creative flair for the photos! We had no idea what to expect with our session and we could not believe how wonderful they turned out. Stacy is the absolute best photographer. She was so professional, polite, creative, and overall a wonderful person! I can't wait to bring my daughter back for more photos with her!!”

The staff assisted us with sizes, made recommendations, and went above and beyond to help my sister, who has extreme difficulty walking. She was visiting from out of town and forgot her walker...but she didn't need to get more sizes on her own. The wonderful staff did everything to make the experience a positive one for her! “I went here for plus size clothing. I was so sick of JCPenney always out of my size! There is a whole section devoted to plus sizes. I did have to try on. I had a customer service ask if I needed assistance. You never see anyone at JCPENNEY to help you. I did find some short sleeve shirts. I was very pleased. I would like to go back for some pants. Nice, pleasant and kind customer service people. Great experience.”

“I want to compliment Maria P who helped me find the right bras for a particular dress at the Macy's in Orchard Shopping Center. I think a lot of us struggle to find a bra that fits just right and comfortable, and as we age, minimizing what's showing. I also know that we tend to keep our bras Way longer than we should because going into a store to search can be quite overwhelming- too many choices. Enter Maria P, who previously worked for years at Victoria's Secret. Once I explained what I was wearing she immediately guided me to the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. Great experience with someone who really knew her stuff!”
