Old Navy Sign showed jeans for $12. My daughter and her friend spent time trying them on for 45 mins to an hour and then they didn’t ring up for $12 and they wouldn’t price adjust. They took down $12 sign and picture after we showed them but no adjustments! Now I remember why I didn’t shop there anymore! Awful customer service! Will be shopping elsewhere!

The people here are Amazing!! I was having trouble with my tap to pay. Both the associate and Manager went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my stuff. Will be shopping here in the future!! Everyone is super nice and very very helpful! Really appreciate you guys!!!!

Walls and walls of pants and jeans and there was nothing bigger than a size 18? How are you going to exclude an entire group of women? This is a pretty normal experience for this Old Navy location. Do better.

I tried to exchange a pair of pants that had two different lengths/manufacturer defect. The manager was very rude and entirely unaware of old navy policies and refused to accept the exchange. I called old navy customer service right after and explained the circumstances, and they happily sent me a new item.

Not a good experience. The ladies at the counter were rude. Penny was the only sweet one at the counter. I liked her kindness. I used to work in retail as a store manager and I would do what is best for the customer. They acted like they could not give me an exchange for my full price item. They wouldn’t have lost money or messed up any metrics. I could see if they didn’t want to exchange an item that was clearance or something but they were jeans and all I wanted was to exchange the size. I know for a fact they can override a return and do what’s best for the customer because that’s what I would have done since it wouldn’t have affected us in anyway. Like I said I worked in retail and I understand return policies I’m sure that’s what the company has enforced on employees but I also know for a fact their DM or whoever higher up would tell them to do what was best in that situation. I wasn’t asking for money back and I wasn’t asking for store credit. Simple exchange of size. Won’t be back, I rather give my money to the Orchard store.

Have to agree with previous reviewers about the incorrect “sale pricing” tactics. Lots of “on sale” signs around the store that lead you to believe you are getting these great deals… Only to be disappointed by much higher prices at checkout.A company purposefully omitting information from sale signs in an attempt to mislead customers just doesn’t sit very well with me.

I really love the Old Navy at this location, and oh my gosh, Penny provided the most helpful customer service! What an excellent sales associate!
