Not a good experience. The ladies at the counter were rude. Penny was the only sweet one at the counter. I liked her kindness. I used to work in retail as a store manager and I would do what is best for the customer. They acted like they could not give me an exchange for my full price item. They wouldn’t have lost money or messed up any metrics. I could see if they didn’t want to exchange an item that was clearance or something but they were jeans and all I wanted was to exchange the size. I know for a fact they can override a return and do what’s best for the customer because that’s what I would have done since it wouldn’t have affected us in anyway. Like I said I worked in retail and I understand return policies I’m sure that’s what the company has enforced on employees but I also know for a fact their DM or whoever higher up would tell them to do what was best in that situation. I wasn’t asking for money back and I wasn’t asking for store credit. Simple exchange of size. Won’t be back, I rather give my money to the Orchard store.

Ashley has horrible customer service skills she made me feel very uncomfortable and made my shopping experience very embarrassing about an online order price difference

Have to agree with previous reviewers about the incorrect “sale pricing” tactics. Lots of “on sale” signs around the store that lead you to believe you are getting these great deals… Only to be disappointed by much higher prices at checkout.A company purposefully omitting information from sale signs in an attempt to mislead customers just doesn’t sit very well with me.

I really love the Old Navy at this location, and oh my gosh, Penny provided the most helpful customer service! What an excellent sales associate!

I like this store. I usually get acknowledged by staff. I'd I dont, I leave pretty quickly, which is true for most places I shop. My only issue is more with corporate Old Navy. Recently they promoted and marketed exclusivity with extended sizes in store. The most recent time I went, I noticed they didn't have them anymore. No plus sizes in sight. When I asked staff, they said they shipped it all away because it wasn't making enough money. Super disappointed by this! Too bad there are limited affordable brick and mortar stores that carry extended sizes. Im no longer a champion of Old Navy.

I’m hurting on money real bad right now but I had to get some new pants for my job. I didn’t catch her name but the cashier who helped me helped get me registered with an old navy account so I could save a little money. I never write reviews but I really appreciate the compassion from a stranger. If she can see this tell her I said thank you! ❤️

Went in and found a couple shirts. They are priced on the rack as $10. Get to the register and it rings up a different amount, go figure. I try to explain to the lady at the register what it says on the rack and she wants to argue with me instead of checking. Good way to lose a customer!
