They are always very difficult to use, consistently break down or simply do not do a good job. Not the case with the aerator I rented this fall from Arapahoe. It was probably the best, well-maintained and most user-friendly aerator I've used in years. Service was spotless - very quick, easy, and friendly. No long lines. No surprise fees or surcharges. Both the service desk and the owner were extremely kind and transparent. Price was very competitive to that of United Rentals, Sunbelt, and others. “I should have written this a long time ago, as now I can't remember everyones names..but I will say they helped save my weekend! I had rented a teardrop trailer that had a different utility hook up than what my car had..and after running to 2 different auto parts stores in search of an adapter, I landed at this U-Haul location.. The young man that helped me was wonderful!! He did not have the adapter I needed, but he was able to figure out how to work with what he had..and rewired quickly so I had lights and blinkers for the tow!! I can't thank them enough! So helpful and really went above and beyond! Excellent customer care!”
