Went in to to get something to help thicken my hair that could be applied to damp hair but would stand up to curling irons etc. Unfortunately, the person who worked there was no help whatsoever. Told me she would have to know the name of what I was looking for. Really??

After shopping everywhere for curlers, I finally came into the store and found some and had asked Maria for some feedback. She was very helpful and friendly. I think it may have been Melannie who checked me out and she was also very friendly

You need to let ALL your customers know that it costs extra for the new paper bags. I was never asked and was charged for it, even tho I didn’t want it. I don’t care how little it costs, I will bring my one bag next time this happened, or I will quit shopping at Sally’s all together.
