Worst bank in existence. Has been the most annoying part of my life since they bought out the wonderful credit union. The only good thing about living in the states again finally is that I can finally close my account and never have to deal with them again.

When did the business hours change to 4 pm? The result was an overdraft fee because of unannounced new hours. I may be changing banking institutions.
