This branch is horrible…I’ve been with them for over 25 years and this is the only branch that gives me any sort of trouble…I would give them airhead tellers their walking papers…Poor customer service from immature kids…

I've been a customer with Us Bank for 10+ years. In January of this year I mistakenly submitted a double mortgage payment online. I noticed instantly and contacted Us Bank to stop the second payment. The customer service rep was very helpful but failed to mention that the stop payment would stop all future payments. Even though, I explained in detail I just needed this one time! So come March I am looking to buy a new home as I just sold my condo and I realized my credit report has significantly dropped. About 67 points! I realize this is because my February mortgage payment never actually went though as it was stopped by the bank. I reach out to my mortgage company they understand the situation completely and inform me that I need a letter from US Bank explaining the mistake on their end. So I stopped at the Westminster US bank location and sat down with a clerk and explained in detail the situtaton. He tells me he has to talk to a manager and he'll be right back. I can see the women he is talking and as I am sitting there I hear her shout "WE ARENT GOING TO ADMIT FAULT". She had so much attitude in her tone but not only that this was quite embarrassing for me. She never even came to talk to me personally. When the male clerk returned he explained he needed to reach out to his branch manager via email and he would get back to me, He also told me at branch level he wasn't sure they could write a letter. I explained I was in a time crunch. I needed this off my credit report as soon as possible so I could buy a new home. He insisted that him or his manager would be in touch asap! It has been over a week and I have not been contacted. Luckly after that bad experience I decided to try a different branch. I went into the Arvada location and as soon as I walked in I was greeted respectfully and heard! I left the Arvada location with exactly what I needed. It is amazing how much customer service can impact your whole life. The staff at the Westminster location seriously needs some better training.

Rude tellers, not willing to help. I've been with them for over 20 years and am tired of the disrespect and rudness so I'm going to bellco instead

If something goes wrong and, it is not your fault, nobody knows how to correct the problem. And get treated like the enemy. And get rude workers over the phone from their sub division.

The bank was full. I usually go through the drive-thru, for my banking needs. Today I closed my account w/U.S. Bank. Today only 2 people were available at the windows, which made the process long. I realize every business is short staffed because a lot of people are pursuing their dreams of becoming a social media influencer. That being said; I have usually received good customer service, however there are 2 issues I have with the bank. 1 is that I don't ever want a printed receipt of the transaction and 2 U.S. Bank refuses to replace my friends money, $12,000 that went missing from her account. The money was taken out of her account because she got hacked. But because English is her second language and she is a new U.S. citizen, they refuse to replace 1 dime of the money that was stolen from. Her account. I refuse to do business with a bank that discriminates.

I sure see a lot of posts from unhappy people. I just went through the drive through and I thought the guy was courteous and got me out in less than 3 minutes. I could hear him servicing more than just my line and he was a great multitasker. I’d say they had their job down pat and I had a good experience when I was expecting a bad one.

Service here was slow and cumbersome. The teller was rather rude and robotic in her actions. I received no greeting, no inquiry, not even a smile, just a stern look and a monotone acknowledgement of my transaction. I think I would have got a friendlier transaction from the ATM.

3 years ago, my husband died. I had to change our US Bank to my name. The branch is at 5211 W 72nd Ave, Westminster, CO 80003 . They gave me a Preferred account that charges 24.95 per month. I didn’t ask for it. I did not know what it was until I started looking through the charges… US Bank has over $700.00 in service charges. I was 74 when my husband died. They also have a free account for people over 65. I was not offers that account or any options. This is so unethical. It hurts my heart that such a huge bank with take advantage of a grieving widow. I can’t even get an appointment with the bank manger. So sad..Christie Burton
