We have banked at this bank for a few years. They have always been friendly and helpful.

I come here once or twice a week to get change for my company. Things are normally great, there's been maybe one time where I had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Unfortunately the most recent time I went I was shorted by $20. Not something that's going to kill me and ultimately it's on me for not counting it before I left.
