U.S. Bank Branch has a team that goes above and beyond to help customers. The tellers are friendly and helpful. A manager is sometimes not available, but when present, provides exceptional service. A woman at the branch helped a customer with bank statements, and the customer was very satisfied. The branch manager has given some customers a 10-star experience, opening accounts and discussing business opportunities. Customers are always greeted in a warm and kind fashion, whether using the drive-thru or going into the building. The staff is helpful and kind, making the experience easier for customers. Overall, U.S. Bank Branch has a team that provides great service, making customers want to use the branch for their future banking needs.
ATM is out of order, AGAIN. And the lobby ATM is inaccessible when the branch is closed. Most banks give you access to the lobby ATM but apparently not this one. Customer Service wouldn't even credit me the fees I had to pay to use a different ATM. Horrible.
