I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Cheryl, the manager. I had been running around all day trying to send a wire transfer at multiple branches, and no one seemed interested in helping me. Finally, I walked into this location feeling defeated, and Cheryl was an absolute lifesaver!
She was incredibly friendly and understanding of my situation. Cheryl went above and beyond to help me process the wire transfer, and made the whole experience so much easier.
Thanks to Cheryl's exceptional service, I will definitely be using this branch for all my future banking needs.

Cashed in coins for my granddaughter's graduation. I knew the exact amount I was turning in. The banker, an elderly white lady with shoulder length hair took my coins and left, when she returned she asked how much do I think I had, I replied $xxx.xx and she replied it's $xxx.xx. I was in disbelief, no way....short $133.00. I told the banker that's not correct. She was short with her answer and said it's correct no eye contact, and a bit rude. I didn't argue. How is a customer to prove that their employee was in error, stole money? Again I had the coins sorted and counted and the banker said that wasn't necessary. Banker is a crook, stealing from another elderly woman.

I asked this branch for clean bank notes so that I could exchange them outside the United States. The hundred dollar bank notes were unacceptable. At every exchange we went to in order to exchange them. Now we are stuck.with a bunch of bank notes in a foreign country that no one will exchange. We are short on money.

I wish I can rate this bank 5 stars because the tellers go above and beyond when I come into the branch. What is frustrating though is when I need the manager she is never there. Cherly always seems to be having an emergency and I am so tired of coming to the branch hoping she’s there. I had asked for her schedule once before and yet she still doesn’t follow that either.

Let me say, I have been with US for over 20 years. I had a lot of trust in them, but today, I came in for a cash withdrawal. The assistant manager, Rod (Rodrigo Fernando), helped me. I answered all of his questions and provided everything he needed.He treated me in such a demeaning, discriminatory, belittling manner. I have done this transaction before with other tellers in the past and have never been treated this way ever.If you can stay away from this bank and branch I would. Place your money and trust else where.

This location sucks. Is not the first time I’ve complained. The costumer service here needs to change. You ask them to do something but they do the opposite. They don’t say-good morning or thank you! They just close the window in your face. Not coming back to this location. Makes me feel annoyed

Unbelievably unprofessional. I was told I had to come in person to apply for a business checking account but the person they have in charge of that has absolutely no idea what he is doing. For starters, he was clearly very sick and kept leaving every few minutes to go cough and was not wearing a mask, and he kept asking me the same questions in different ways for an hour and a half. Then, at the end of the appointment, he told me it would take two months for my application to be reviewed and then I would have to come back in to finalize everything. More than two months later I still had not heard from him, so I call the customer service line and find out that these applications actually only take a few days to be reviewed and are immediately removed from the system after 30 days. I call the branch back and get told that they can fix this as long as I answer a few questions. This was three weeks ago and I have not heard a word from a single person. The fact that they don’t even know how to help customers through their company’s processes and can’t be bothered to return an email or a phone call to make things right is incredibly disappointing. I have been beyond patient and have waited three months for something that should have taken three days and have gotten zero information, updates, or apologies. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Waited 20 minutes for a teller and then they skipped over me. When I complained to the branch manager she asked me to please leave the bank.

In the 16 years of using US Bank (personal & Business) never encountered such an unhelpful, unfriendly, untrained, rude, disrespectful teller. Sent two deposits in with ID, refuses one (untrained) and sends it back with the ID. While doing the other, askes for birthdate then subsequently wants the ID back. Send it back, reminded her she already had it and could have probably just kept it, then the teller threatens not to do the deposit. What teller in their right mind threatens a customer not to do a deposit? 6+ accounts and 16 years with this bank. Wow. Just terrible on all fronts. Do better US Bank!

I was attended by a woman who helped me out with some bank statements I was having issues with. No another branch could help me out the way she did. She was the best. Thank you so much for all you're amazing help !
