“I came here for the first time and will be back because of how amazing it is. I brought in some of my kiddos clothes/ítems and everything was accepted and we were able to trade it in for the next size up that she needed. The store is lovely and I highly recommend.”
“I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks.”
“I'm leaving this review in defense of an employee who I watched be verbally abused by an apparently-regular customer today. I'm angry with myself for not realizing what was happening while the customer was still there so I could intervene, and shocked the owner/manager lets her keep coming back.
I'm so sorry, Mariana. You were incredibly calm, patient and respectful while that horrible woman berated you. You and your colleagues deserve better, I hope your manager does the right thing and tells her never to return.”

“I love Olde Town Exchange! The ladies that work there are so friendly and helpful. I found a great purse, a beautiful necklace and a couple tops that I am really enjoying. They have a great inventory without being so crowded that you can’t easily view the items on the racks. I can’t wait to go back to see what new goodies have come in since I was last there.
