Normally very nice people to work out a problem with...however if you go in on a day when this one employee is their, he doesn't want to help at all, in fact he is quite the as s is behind. I have expressed my concern to him, while still being nice, which only upset him more. This last time I went in, I explained the problem I was having, he gave me back the problem I went in with, I thanked him and wished him a Merry Christmas and left. From the time I went in and left, he scowled the entire time.

Ive been a Boost customer for a few years and no one has ever spent the time to help or has been as knowledgeable as Ramon at your wheat ridge store. Thank you for having an exceptional employee Ramon deserves an award or a raise. Hes awesome Thanks Ramon. GOOD JOB!!!!

NOPE! Been to two locations and customer service is not good...rude and unknowledgeable. Phone service is even worse than customer service. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY "UNLIMITED " AND "GIGABITES"! I upgraded plans THREE TIMES and no difference.

I will only come to this location now. Cami is always helpful, and she is ALWAYS pleasant! She goes above and beyond, and always goes out of her way to help customers. I have gone to other locations and they tend to do the bare minimum, and just want to get you out of the door fast. They need more people like her working in customer service! ??

Obviously thesePeople think that it is ok to hang up on people who call to complain about service interruptions that if scheduled for a day they know but had no idea why my phone was off for 2 hours this morning no service or not registered on network Customer service is supposed to be willing to take whatever s*** is handled out by any customerAnd being in a customer service business such as a phone companyThey should be doing the same

I was in this store for the second time on 12/28/20 around 3:30pm to ask for assistance with my new phone. The employee (who was also working the last time I visited for help) was incredibly rude, snide, unhelpful, and seemed very unhappy to be working at that facility. I actually went in because the website was not working properly and I was unable to hook up my service through the website on my own - and found myself without a phone. She let me know there would be a charge for having her help me - which was RIDICULOUS in that the website was down - then said it was because the store was a "franchise" - and she could do nothing about it. Her demeanor is incredibly belligerent, and seemingly, she did not want to help me because of the color of my skin. I was highly offended for the second time. I will not be visiting this facility again. I think someone should speak with her - and perhaps educate her on customer service skills and what it means to be able to actually hold a job in a pandemic. Don't we have enough problems in the world today? No thanks man, there are PLENTY of other locations.
