I left boost mobile to bundle through another carrier, but had no complaints about Boost. I needed quite a bit of help getting the transfer # pin, and their customer service was excellent (and that was for someone leaving them!!!). I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Boost (or recommend them) because of that experience.
