The location is convenient, with plenty of room for easy drop-off and pick-up, and the facility itself is impressive, with a large, spacious garage. The staff was friendly and the work was high quality. Pricing was very fair for the level of work. I'm already planning to go back for PPF and ceramic coating.”

“Came in with a chip and two cracks coming from the chip. Was told that the chip had previously been filled and the cracks likely would not extend and that it would be better to do nothing and he wouldn't want to take my money for a process that was already completed. They were honest and straight forward and have earned my future business for that.”

“This place is ran by a grandfather and his grandson. Family owned and operated. They were very professional. It took them about an hour and a half to fix my sunroof on a 2011 Ford F350. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to get their sunroof replaced. I would give it more stars but it only allows for five..”

“The team here was incredibly helpful during the almost 2-week process to have my vehicle repaired. After a minor collision, the team was very informative and helpful in getting an estimate and repair appointment set up and coordinated with insurance and Enterprise for the rental. The process was so seamless from the estimate, drop-off, enterprise pick-up and the team provided updates through the repair time. Allan was the service provider and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate everybody from the front desk team to Allan’s team in making this process feel less stressful!”

I had some issues that with my wipers that I thought might have been from their install.They promptly came over and looked into the problem. Turned out it was something with my truck, not related to windshield replacement. They helped me trouble shoot this problem. That is an example of outstanding customer service. Tim was my technician. Cleanliness 4/10 (about a week from install, still finding glass around and it keeps falling out of the tailgate where window was installed. Pulled vacuum out but never turned it on.)
Overall its what I needed. Could be better.
They will do the job and get it finished. Just not as clean as I have seen elsewhere.”

After 2hrs of calling places we came across this shop and god are we glad! We are from KC and needing to drive back home with our window fixed. After an hr drive to Denver and 30mins later our vehicle was ready to go! Beyond grateful for a speedy, professionals and quality service.”
“I took my Bronco to Bear Creek for a rock chip repair late this afternoon. Scott was able to get me in with no issues. The pricing was very fair and he was great with my insurance company. The repair itself was incredibly fast and is holding up pretty well - I didn’t even see any noticeable blemish at all on my drive home. I’ll be making it a point to refer others to him, especially a lot of the Uber, Lyft and Co-Op guys I frequently deal with at my workplace. Thanks for the great work!”
“A bit late in writing this review. I visited my daughter in mid July 2026 and noticed a popped-out rear reflector and road rash on the rear of her Mazda CX5. I checked out various services for detailing and minor repairs, and Recon Center came up with consistent reviews. They took the car on a Saturday with less than one day's notice, even though it caused them to close two hours later than scheduled. The team did a great job; the car was completely detailed inside and out, spotless, almost like new. The road rash was buffed out; some touch-up paint was applied and buffed in. The result was an almost new car look! The team was so proud when I returned; I felt like I was unwrapping a Christmas present. Highly recommended. Owner-operator-run. Courteous and professional in all ways.”
“When my car was broken into on a Saturday afternoon, the person had smashed my driver's side rear window... So I called this company Saturday afternoon for an estimate of cost and time. They were able to get me in on Monday. It was amazing! Their prices are incredibly reasonable. Their work is phenomenal. Without this shop, I would have paid almost $100 more and been waiting an additional 8 days for service elsewhere. I would absolutely recommend for any of your glass needs!”
“The team at this location was incredible. They were communicative, friendly, and exceeded expectations with my repair. Not only that, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, there was another customer who came in and was rude and disrespectful from the beginning, and the team didn’t miss a beat. They handled the customer with grace and positivity with a patience that far outlasted my own with the situation. “Terrible without any accountability. They started a claim for me in June and on September they still blame the vendor for not having contacted them. I asked to talk to management and the mechanic Don brushed me off multiple times. They took my car apart without having the part from the vendor then refused to give my car back without charging me twice!!!!
After I posted the above the manager contacted me directly and they resolved the issue the next day. Brodie was very polite and responsive so I appreciated that very much. They also did not charge me twice so I’m reporting the price as reasonable.”
