“This is a large store that seems to have been reduced in size and inventory of the last few years. It is in a good location with a large retirement facility opening nearby. Hopefully someone will realize it's worth investing in.”

“Fairly good selection of items to choose from. (Snacks, hygiene, make-up, few clothing options, cleaning supplies, even house decorations.) All for decently low amounts. This location I will say is more put together than alot of the other ones I've been to. They keep their shelves stocked up, isles cleared, and the staff is pretty helpful and friendly.”

“OK, I normally wouldn’t rate a dollar tree. However, I was just in the store when a scary situation happened. A couple tried to steal a bunch of stuff which has happens a lot with retail…worked in retail for a long time and this is normal. However, they tried to solicit an older woman to give them a ride, and it was obviously quite nefarious. The manager of this store is a complete badass. She held her own in a very professional way. Immediately called the cops while escorting the older woman to her car. I was really impressed by how she handled this. 5 stars because retail ain’t easy, especially when customers are threatening and inappropriate. Good job, mama.”

“Actually here because of poor customer service at 711. Don't make it to this dollar ? much but unlike my 711 the customer service was above average. More web surf than web master forgot about poor customer service @73/lowel and 120/lowel until deamon made Nichole go off on me at 128 store. Never had a problem with Nicole before deamon returned. I will be printing up flyers education people to shop Walmart and dollar ? rarher than to deal with 711 unprofessional employees. When this location had grand reopening they gave promotional flyers but it was not clear that these were coupons I gave mine to my wife not knowing it would be needed for the deal. I had to get the coupon back from my wife and even then the employee acted like it was coming out of his pocket. People bag on Walmart but they seem to have better customer service lately than others. Also how come McDonald's did better job of serving food hot when they were cheap?”

Grateful for this Family Dollar — great experience overall!
I was so glad to find a Family Dollar still open here in Colorado, since most locations seem to be permanently closed. I’m originally from Arkansas, where Family Dollar was always my go-to for household needs when I didn’t feel like dealing with Walmart — so finding this store was a welcome surprise.
As soon as I walked in, I headed straight to the Home aisle and noticed their display of houseplants. I quickly realized most of them were artificial, but honestly, several looked really good — especially for the price. I recently moved into a new townhome full of windows and beautiful Colorado sunlight ?, but at 54 years old, I’m just not sure I’m ready to keep real plants alive ?. So I decided to start with a few fake ones — low stress, no watering!
Right away, I reached for one, and because they were plastic, several of them were tangled together. One fell and broke. ? I picked it up, brought it to the front counter, and explained what happened — and offered to pay for it. The cashier thanked me for my honesty and said most people would’ve just put it back on the shelf and walked away. That moment stood out to me — their staff really appreciated kindness and accountability.
There was only one employee working that I saw, but he was amazing — so helpful, polite, and very careful while bagging my items. He even used the towels I bought to wrap other things in the sacks. I didn’t have any bags with me, because I had just emptied out my entire SUV — and in Colorado, plastic bags are banned statewide, so you’ve got to bring your own. Lesson learned! ?
One downside was that I wasn’t allowed to take the buggy out to my car, which made unloading difficult — it took me five separate trips to get everything out. Still, the store was clean, the experience was smooth, and I found everything I needed (plus some surprises I didn’t know I needed — like artificial plants!).

“I was really impressed with the service I received at this location yesterday.. as one of the gentleman went above and beyond to try and help me find a particular item .. an item I knew was purchased at a Family Dollar location, but hasn’t been in stock for a while at that location.. so I attempted to find it at another . Although I didn’t end up with it ... the efforts made were greatly appreciated and I did get a couple other needed items .. thanks guys!”
“I have been shopping at this store for almost 20yrs and I have never encountered a rude employee ever. They are always polite and helpful with smiles. Most of my trips are after my workday and it takes me entering this store to experience great customer service that I don't see at most places. Love the remodeling job by the way”
“There is a couple things here why can't you guys do your stocking either before you open or after you close it's just ridiculous trying to get around the boxes and walking down the aisles etc and then the workers act like they're mad because you're in their way. The other thing is every time I try to go into the store there's moochers out front isn't there something that's store can do about it I avoid going in because of it a lot of the times.”

I loved going to family dollar, I don't go to often but I went recently just to see if I needed anything for my shower and it found some amazing shampoo and conditioner for me to know that when I shower I can keep away all the bad and wash with good. It makes me feel confident to go shopping with family dollar if I ever had any insecurities about shopping for other people.”
“I stopped in to dollar tree earlier this week on my way to a concert and I was in a rush. I was very nervous when I saw how long the line was but needed some last minute stuff. I was surprised how fast the line moved and when I got up to the register although I could tell she was stressed the cashier (young girl with glasses) still asked me how I was doing and was super sweet. Amazing service.”
