“I can't begin to say enough how much I respect Glenn and his staff. When you are seeking out a pawn shop it's not always your best day. These professionals will handle you with dignity and respect. I know this from my interactions with them but I have also witnessed them handle difficult people with the same level of professionalism. I have driven across town from quite a while to give my business to this location because of the staff here. I have and will continue to recommend this pawn shop to others.”

“Just came in to do a return/exchange on an item I purchased in the wrong size. They didn't have my size in store so I asked about doing a return and online purchase. Morgan was the associate at the customer help desk and she was awesome at assisting me while also helping to train a new associate on other tasks at the same time. I've been in customer service my whole career, and I can say the employees at this target always go above and beyond. They're kind, patient, and helpful, even when customers aren't so nice to them.
