As the ring is a family heirloom and quite old, I wanted to go to someone with a lot of experience who did the work in-house as opposed to sending it out. Steven was fast, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable; he gave us details about the ring and suggested future tuneups without pressure. He also came up with a possible wedding band design on the spot that would match my somewhat unique ring. My fiancé and I would love to use him again for our ring needs!”

“Felipe & crew are CRUSHING Black Friday! I was just in the Lakeside EZ Pawn this evening, and was worried with it being black Friday, but they had extra staff working and even with a busy store, I was taken care of really quickly! I cannot speak on other's being ok with a price, but Felipe made me a great deal on the controller I was buying and I am happy with the overall transaction and super happy with the store and how I was treated.
