“We visited the store today with our 4 yr old son. We had such a fun time and bought 11 toys for $87. My husband prefers to buy toys for our son at shops like these because he says the toys are made better back in the day. We have such a good collection of vintage and used toys from stores just like this one. We will be coming back for a Tonka Truck soon.

“We took a cupcake decorating class here, and it was a blast!! The instructions and demonstrations were clear, and the owner was friendly and encouraging. We learned how to do several designs and then got to experiment with our own designs too. The buttercream was delicious, and the cupcakes were fluffy.”
“The people that work here are so, so kind. When I first walked in, they were helping a lady who was starting one of her first big projects. They guided her through every step, explained how to do specific stitches she was confused about, and made sure she had everything she needed to confidently start what sounded like a pretty intimidating project. Places like this are few and far between.”

“This is the place to go for the R/C hobbyist as the store is well typically fairly well stocked. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff as well! Need a modeling tool or some painting supplies? Its probably in stock. Not to mention all the model kits from trains, planes, and automobiles to tabletops, slot car, and Gundam. A great selection of mind benders and puzzles too! In my opinion, this is a great starting place for your hobbyist needs!”

“Discovered N Scale Supply as part of my getting back into the hobby after 20 years and there is no local hobby store in my area. “Always a joy to walk into this B&N. Bookstores are my happy place though. Help always available. I've never encountered a staff member who seemed like they didn't want to be there. They all like their job.
Sections labeled well and in order. Large enough aisle space between shelves to allow customers to loiter in an area of interest. A few places to sit and look through books to help make book choice decisions instead of standing and juggling them. It would nice to see benches like you might see in a shoe store to sit for a few minutes too.”

“I visited this store (#1189) in Sheridan, CO today. It was my plan to see if I could get some Christmas items to gather up for next season. I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly store manager named Trevor. He was busy packing up boxes. I explained that my Mama lives in an Assisted Living facility and that I like to donate what I can to their Activities Department. I was tickled to death to see the great assortment of decorations available and began to make my plan. Trevor, sensing my obvious level of overwhelming ideas, offered to bring boxes that I could fill with what I wanted. He also told me about wreaths and boxes of ribbon. Long story kinda short, we filled my van to the top with items I can donate!! (And some I can keep as well!) on top of it all, he gave me a very generous discount that humbled me to my bones. I just can't say enough about how happy this will make so many people! This isn't necessarily my "home" store, but you can bet it is now!! “Hobby Lobby is the store that Michaels wants to be when it grows up. Seriously, of you have a hobby, there is a good chance that you can get some supplies here. It is not a specialty store, but has a very large variety of hobby supplies from painting to flower arrangement. Not the best quality paints, but serviceable, very little is junk. A truly great place to start a new hobby.”
