“I've been here multiple times and each visit has been great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they're all just really nice people. I've purchased books, gifts, journals, all kinds of things here. In October I purchased a really nice leather journal for my daughter, and even though she's written in a fair amount of it, it's not showing any wear, which is awesome. I wanted something that would last her a long time and it looks like I made the right choice.And I cannot stress this enough so it bears repeating - the staff is wonderful. All very friendly, they've chatted with myself and my children, and seem very genuine. I haven't had a bad experience at all. I do miss the little cafe, but otherwise, it's a great bookstore.”
“I was just visiting Denver and wanted to visit a quilt shop. Everyone welcomed me into the store, and I was helped to buy some fabric specific to Colorado.The best thing about this shop is that they buy other people's stash and sell it for $7.00 per yard. Of course, you have to take the colors they have vs having it in every color out there, but that's not a huge deal unless you're shopping for a specific color.If I lived in Colorado, this would become my go-to store.”

“What a cool shop! Elizabeth was extremely kind and helped us create a incredible beginner's selection of gems and minerals for a kid just getting into collecting. Even if you aren't a collector yourself, you'll still get lost viewing all the gorgeous and interesting displays around the store. Great selection of books, children's materials, and of course minerals, rocks, gems, etc. We will definitely be back!!”
“I'd been buying my bird seed at a big box store. Initially used the cheap stuff but it just attracted mice to the seeds the birds would reject. Eventually migrated to a no-mess sunflower only seed which was increasingly expensive and out of stock. Then i visited Wild Birds Unlimited who showed me several options that would attract a wider variety of birds and for a reasonable price. This is my go-to store now!”

“It's hard not to nerd out in this store! They have a ton of baking supplies, and lots of extracts to choose from. They offer classes once in a while, and I'm excited to try one sometime. Their staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient. My husband has always gotten the help he needs when ordering/ printing edible images. We love this store!”

“I took my first lesson in 2019 at the Lamb Shoppe and have not stopped going since. I have found the staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable not only in the classes they teach, but in helping everyone out who somehow (!!) makes a mistake. Patience doesn't even begin! And they have always been very, very helpful in my choices of projects and yarns. The doors are always open for people to come in, sit down and knit or crochet in a very friendly environment. A neighborhood store with local owners and talent. What more could you want? Nothing, in the case of the Lamb Shoppe!”

“I recently had nine very special prints framed here, and have high praise for this store, both for excellent customer service and quality of framing. The folks in the framing dept. are very knowledgeable and made several creative suggestions for frame & mats that really augmented the prints nicely. The people who helped me were Chris, Sierra, and Oliver. They were all very professional, creative, and above all - patient with me as I must have spent easily over an hour playing with frame and mat combinations.”

“I visited a couple weeks ago, searching for a very specific yarn I didn't have a label for, so I was comparing skeins to a snip of the yarn. I had been to 3 or 4 other Michaels' searching for this yarn and everywhere was out of stock. It was out of stock at this store, too, HOWEVER the associate who helped me told me the exact yarn she thought it was and how to find it online. And she was right!!!! It was an exact match. I'm so grateful she was working that day and happened to find me in the yarn aisle.”
“Have lots of options. One issue is that I wanted specific furniture legs. They had two, and I needed 8. Asked if they could look up the other stores that were stocked with them. However, they aren't linked like that, and I had to do the searching for them. It's not a huge deal, but a time/gas/effort suck. The staff is always so nice and as helpful as they can be.”
