“Great experience with Bill at the Mattress Firm. Setting up a profile based on your sleeping style and then targeting the options to fit that is actually enjoyable. Love trying all the beds and talking it out as we go. Bill gave us a lot of insights we wouldn't have figured out on our own, and helped us make the right choice (even giving us an awesome deal to decide between two options!). “Visited this mattress store with my wife and our dog, just an hour before closing time. The salesperson was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything to us. Given that English isn't our first language, his patience in explaining the new vocabulary was truly appreciated.He offered a fantastic deal: a 4-month trial period where we could swap the mattress if needed. While the experience was largely positive, I do wish they had a broader selection of beds, pillows, and other bedding items. Overall, a very good experience that left us feeling well-informed and taken care of.”

“We bought a Serra 2.0 series firm bed and 2 coconut pillows. The pillows are heaven and the bed itself is great. However, we ended up exchanging for a medium because we're both side sleepers.Jason made the entire exchange process happen even with technical difficulties from Synchrony (the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars). If it wasn't for Jason I'm not sure what we would've done.I will definitely be promoting the beds, pillows, and Jason in Arvada”

They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

I had really been turned off by other mattress stores in the area, and they gave me the space and freedom to try different mattresses, and when I did have questions they were there to help. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, and I appreciate the effort they made to make sure my mattress was delivered by getting all the various insurance paperwork that my building required for the delivery. Nyssa was welcoming and very helpful. The store front is not overwhelming and it’s very easy to narrow down your selection. 10 stars for the delivery crew. “Oh my goodness! Been a good long while since I had such great customer service that I felt compelled to write a review!!! I ordered the Holfred dresser and one of the legs had a small split in the wood, after calling and speaking to Kevin the store manager he was happy to provide a replacement leg and personally delivered it to my house with my nightstand which had been ordered later. He had already worked a full shift but came when was most convenient for me and I am so grateful and impressed! Most people don’t go above and beyond like this for their customers anymore. I don’t need anymore furniture but if I do or know someone that does I know where I’m sending them!!!”

James became our personal interior design consultant and helped us select furniture for the entire 3-bedroom home. He took measurements of each space, offered multiple design options and made sure all the rooms flowed together. Did I mention he did all of this for us over the phone while we were still in Florida?!?!? James also personally oversaw the delivery, assembly and placement of every piece of furniture prior to our arrival. It was so wonderful to see our beautifully furnished home for the first time and sleep in our dream cloud bed after our 30-hour road trip. James made sure everything was exactly perfect. When the sleeper sofa we had selected didn’t fit down the stairs, James quickly swapped it out for a Queen futon……that same day! The furniture quality is excellent and level of service was incredible. If you need one piece of furniture or twenty -five, James and Denver City Furniture will exceed your expectations!”
