“I traveled to Mattress Firm at 1000 S. Colorado Blvd today “strictly on an information gathering expedition”. This store was my first stop in search of a fairly nice mattress/adjustable frame combination for my partner’s Christmas present. I/we were greeted by a very friendly young man by the name of Matt who just happened to be the stores manager. Fast forward…I walked out of my first place purchasing two (2) Beautyrest Black series three mattresses w/the Sleepy Elite adjustable frame. The way that Matt took his time to answer our every question, his personal professional insight, his expertise in showing us many different choices and most of ALL his earnest desire to earn our business was “THE WINNING COMBINATION”. If you are a serious shopper for any mattress size or price range you have to go speak with this young man. “I have not been sleeping very well so I decided that I needed to get a new mattress which I ended up doing. It’s very comfortable. I can’t wait to get it home. It will be delivered over the weekend and I will have more to say about that, but the in-store experience itself was real easy, real comfortable. Wasn’t very comfortable spending the money that I spent lol but that’s what I was saving it for. I feel like I did get a pretty good deal and I hope works out for me.”

“Sales team was excellent, with no pressure. They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

Nyssa was welcoming and very helpful. The store front is not overwhelming and it’s very easy to narrow down your selection. 10 stars for the delivery crew. “My wife and I were coming home from the mountains on the 4th of July. We have the usual issues of couples sleeping. I run hot, move, sometimes snore. My wife has a hard time falling asleep, moves often, she’s sensitive to how the heat from me transfers to the mattress. We both have aches and pains. A discussion about a new bed, turned into an online inquiry and then we got a call from Murray at the store we planned to visit. Got to the store around 4pm or so. Murray was just a very kind, patient and genuine person. He walked us through the process of the sleep number and picking what was right for us. After many trips around the store to each bed, we finally decided on one. We’ll get the bed in about 10 days. The other gentleman at the store was nice and informative as well. You know a good salesman when you don’t feel sold. You felt like you picked. On a day when most employees would try to hurry out of the door before 6 pm closing for the 4th. He stayed patiently as we came to our conclusion. Just an overall great experience. We are looking forward to trying out our new bed for a full night! Thanks again Murray”
