“I traveled to Mattress Firm at 1000 S. Colorado Blvd today “strictly on an information gathering expedition”. This store was my first stop in search of a fairly nice mattress/adjustable frame combination for my partner’s Christmas present. I/we were greeted by a very friendly young man by the name of Matt who just happened to be the stores manager. Fast forward…I walked out of my first place purchasing two (2) Beautyrest Black series three mattresses w/the Sleepy Elite adjustable frame. The way that Matt took his time to answer our every question, his personal professional insight, his expertise in showing us many different choices and most of ALL his earnest desire to earn our business was “THE WINNING COMBINATION”. If you are a serious shopper for any mattress size or price range you have to go speak with this young man. They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

After a couple of years of comfort our toggle switch broke on our recliner. Trey ( the store manager) came out to the house. Evaluated the problem and sent a crew in to replace the parts to new like condition.

“Nyssa was the best ever! She helped me find a mattress that was not too expensive and had everything I was looking for. The bamboo sheets they sell are the best sheets you can buy. Nyssa was welcoming and very helpful. The store front is not overwhelming and it’s very easy to narrow down your selection. 10 stars for the delivery crew.
