“I had a great experience at Sleep Basil Mattress Co. Phil and Josh were both so helpful and patient as I tried several beds to see which would be the most comfortable for me. I probably spent at least an hour and a half or 2 hours there, switching from bed to bed and back again until I finally made a decision based on their recommendation. Their prices were fair and what I expected from a high end bed. They told me how long it would take to make the bed and kept me informed via text messages as to when the bed would be delivered. I already knew I wanted a Sleep Number bed—these beds practically sell themselves. The challenge was that I live near Vail, so I had to make the trip all the way to Denver to purchase one.
What really impressed me was Jeremy's customer service. I'm in the middle of moving into a new home that I built, so the timing of delivery was extremely important. When I went through the online ordering process, I was told the earliest available delivery date was four weeks out, which was a major problem for my schedule.
Jeremy went above and beyond to make it work. He worked tirelessly to find a delivery date that actually fit my timeline and advocated for me every step of the way. He truly went out on a limb to help.
