I already knew I wanted a Sleep Number bed—these beds practically sell themselves. The challenge was that I live near Vail, so I had to make the trip all the way to Denver to purchase one.
What really impressed me was Jeremy's customer service. I'm in the middle of moving into a new home that I built, so the timing of delivery was extremely important. When I went through the online ordering process, I was told the earliest available delivery date was four weeks out, which was a major problem for my schedule.
