“We had such a great experience being helped out by Levon. We got to try several mattresses which all were great, but the one we settled on was amazing. Levon was very detailed in every step of the process which we are so grateful for. We have been very pleased with the mattress already.”

“I came in over the July 4th weekend (because somehow that is synonymous with mattresses) and had a very good experience with Veronica in terms of showing me the types of mattresses and providing various options. I did stop in a couple more times and everyone that works there was always helpful. I really am appreciative of each of the consultants helping out regardless of who my main contact was. And credit to Veronica for following up with me by text even on her days off and answering my many questions. I feel comfortable that I chose the best mattress and frame for me and look fitting getting it home.”

“Wonderful experience - Lucas is fantastic! I went in suffering from hip pain from a too-hard mattress. I ended up deciding that I liked a mattress that turned out to be too soft. I went back the following week, and Lucas remembered my name and spent a bunch of time with me to make sure I got the right mattress, and got me a great deal on it. He was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend!”

“Working with the sales team, especially Andy and Holly, was an outstanding experience while sourcing mattresses. My clients, who rarely visit showrooms, went in to test the products and left genuinely happy and ready to move forward with their purchase. When I placed the order, I made an error on my end, but the store was incredibly helpful in resolving it quickly and smoothly. The final result was excellent. I also appreciate their focus on wellness and environmental responsibility, along with the impressive level of comfort their products offer. I will confidently continue sending my clients here in the future.”

“Greeted at the door by a very friendly worker named shea, letting us know the deals and cool sales they had going and that he would be there to help us with any questions we might have. Great selection of everything, today we were just browsing and felt no pressure to buy anything. We ended up buying a very nice rug for the living room, the whole process from beginning to end was easy and shea was very helpful,”

“Bought a mattress and bed combo here about two months ago. The mattress is still comfortable and hasn’t sunk in like cheaper ones usually do. Billing took a little longer because the store was busy, but the employees stayed calm and answered questions without sounding irritated.”

“My wife and I were coming home from the mountains on the 4th of July. We have the usual issues of couples sleeping. I run hot, move, sometimes snore. My wife has a hard time falling asleep, moves often, she’s sensitive to how the heat from me transfers to the mattress. We both have aches and pains. A discussion about a new bed, turned into an online inquiry and then we got a call from Murray at the store we planned to visit. Got to the store around 4pm or so. Murray was just a very kind, patient and genuine person. He walked us through the process of the sleep number and picking what was right for us. After many trips around the store to each bed, we finally decided on one. We’ll get the bed in about 10 days. The other gentleman at the store was nice and informative as well. You know a good salesman when you don’t feel sold. You felt like you picked. On a day when most employees would try to hurry out of the door before 6 pm closing for the 4th. He stayed patiently as we came to our conclusion. Just an overall great experience. We are looking forward to trying out our new bed for a full night! Thanks again Murray”

“Sales team was excellent, with no pressure. They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

“My experience with Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom on Zuni in Denver was excellent! My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer and although that in itself is not a big deal, our salesperson, Travis, was! It’s nice to know that there are still people that actually care whether or not you are satisfied with the service you receive. Great job Travis, keep it up, and Thank You!”

“This place is bigger than it looks from the pictures. We tried to find a couch at a couple of the typical big-box furniture stores but they were all uninteresting — here we found a couch with timeless style.”

“I had such an amazing experience! I went in just to browse and look at vanity sets but ended up buying a couch instead! I don’t have a lot of living room space so I wasn’t sure it would fit! But I loved the look of the couch so much that I had to have it! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! They measured the couch for me to ensure it fit and it was a perfect! I can’t wait to go back for the vanity!!!”
