“Janine and Ernie were awesome. They did not have the medication at their place and they gladly helped me send it to another location near my home. They saved me time and frustration by having to do that all myself. They provided their number and easily transferred my script. This is what you call customer service. They put service ahead of profit knowing that they will build service on the back end. Thank you”
“This King Soopers location is decently-sized, very well organized, and very clean. It is not like the huge ones (I think those are called King Soopers Marketplace) but it has everything you need. Produce always seems like they’re in good condition and fresh. All the merchandise seems to be in good condition. These might be odd observations to make, but if you’ve been to a bad location, you would understand. Workers here are always nice and helpful. I look forward to more grocery shopping trips to this King Soopers location! Good job yall!”

“Shout out to Mariah who found another King Soopers nearby that had my emergency medication in stock, and had them fill my prescription. I got a message saying it was filled before I even left this King Soopers to go there. She kindly explained that my insurance would not pay for any other brand or even a generic of this medication. She explained everything in a way that I could understand, even though I was exhausted. Thank you, Mariah!”
“Love this pharmacy! Walgreens has been going wayyy downhill so I made a switch. The Safeway pharmacy app made the transition seamless as I was able to easily select which scripts I wanted to transfer from which Walgreens. The Safeway pharmacy staff had it all squared away and everything filled in just a matter of hours
Since then, the pharmacists have continued to be very pleasant and helpful. I've never seen them grouchy and they are eager to assist. There have been several times where I wasn't able to wait on a certain script and the team was able to get it filled for me in person within 5 minutes.
Best of all, they ALWAYS answer the phone and I am rarely put on hold. When I am, it is never very long at all

“I've not had the best experience with Walgreens. On the Mall in Denver, they never could order my medicine monthly like is required. This new Walgreens, my doctor sent me to is excellent Wadsworthin WheatRidge by my new place. They received my prescriptions, called an told me about a minor issue, and I was able to contact the doctor and get it handled Immediately. They ordered my medicine and it came in the next day, which is how it's supposed to work. But you may have noticed a lot of the Walgreens is are struggling, and are shutting down for whatever reason. It's not a bad place I've been dealing with them off and on for 25 years. Certain stores are just difficult to deal with at times. Each store has its own management style and seems quite different. Anyway, that's my .02 cents worth. Good luck.”
