“I purchased a RideKick probably 10 years ago. I was quite impressed with my RideKick's ability to actually get out and ride when I was too fat to ride. But since then I have become even more impressed with the company's attention to detail in the quality of their product. Even more than that, I am noticing the attention to detail in the customer service they provide. I have had a few times that I needed an accessory or part replacement. They have always gone out of their way to make sure that I am getting exactly what I need, and that I am going to be happy with it. Now I am not riding as much again (life got in the way) but I am confident that I am going to get back in shape and I am confident that my newly upgraded RideKick is going to be instrumental in getting me back there!

“shopping for an e bike was quick and very informative at the Trek store. We were able to do a test ride and get our bikes ordered that day. While waiting for the bike to come in, the store was able to get our bike from a nearby store about a week earlier. Picking up the bikes was again very informative and smooth with lots of great information from the store rep. Overall a great experience and we feel we can trust the shop for all the support we will need into the future.”

“Stopped into this shop yesterday because my daughter and I were out on a ride and she flatted and neither knew her new bike wasn't tubeless. So - I found this shop was the closest to me and rode out to get supplies. Andy couldn't have been more helpful! Got me everything I needed to get her back out on the road and then some. He helped quickly charge up my electric pump that was nearly out of charge - and even filled an empty water bottle. Very pleasant conversation and fantastic customer service.
