You see familiar faces every trip and they are always looking for ways to improve the level of service you get whether it be the water bottles in summer time when you are detailing or the pre wash to ensure every part of the car is washed properly.

“You staff is spectacular at the Windsor wash location. Always a pleasure to see them. I see them everyday. My OCD has me washing everyday that’s why. I do have a couple of complaints though. You provide no shade for the out door employees! They need a place to get out of the sun! The sun in this state is brutal and is the cause of skin cancer. Which you should be aware of! And no sunglasses either! Ugh! Common managers please take care of your employees! They take care of you!”
