We got ahold of the account holder back in Washington State and Sydney walked them through how to use the app to add me as someone who can replace and upgrade my iPhone. Couldn’t have been smoother!

“I was with ATT for a few years, service wasn’t great and I felt as if my bill was too high. I called Tmobile and the pricing was way better. I was on the phone with Shaun getting all my questions answered and he was very helpful! We went into the branch to get our service switched over and he was spot on with everything he said he was going to do. We walked out of there savings $120 a month, brand new phones and a promise kept. “Drove in from Sterling today and stopped to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 8 (yes, it had some wear and tear on it) and that of my son's. Totally hate the entire process! Maritza met us up front as we entered and it was an amazing experience from the start. She was so knowledgeable, no high pressure sale, thorough and made this a great experience. We left with two new Galaxy 24's, and accessories. Fantastic!”

“I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”
