When I went in the store was clean and the person who helped me and fixed my phone was very nice. It took about an hour and a half to replace my screen. “I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”
