“I have been coming to this Jeffy Lube location for over 6 years and have had the best service and experience with the employees. They are honest and will help with any questions you may have. I was in Westminster a few weeks ago and had some free time and I needed an oil change, so I stopped by a Valvoline, not thinking there is much of a difference between these oil changing places, but I was so wrong. Valvoline didn't/forgot to secure my under-cover plate and didn't reset my oil life reader. I had to go to the Valvoline in Windsor to get my plate secured because after driving back to Loveland it was dragging. When my warning light came on about my oil life I knew Valvoline didn't not do what was needed and I ended up going to Jiffy Lube off of Timberline in Fort Collins to have them double check everything for me and they did without any hesitation and made me feel very secure that it is all taken care of. Thank you Jiffy Lube Timberline staff for being so accomidating.”

“Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers.
