“My coolant dash light came on while I was driving, and I went to this location nearest to me. The two guys Ethan and Ian were extremely helpful. They took their time and were very thorough. I say this because they even brought out a flashlight to shine through the coolant reservoir so they could make sure the level was perfect. Also, they double checked my oil level even though my oil change isn't due for another 2k miles. They were extremely friendly, and we had some good conversations, felt like I was chopping it up with some old buddies instead of complete strangers. I highly recommend this location, obviously they know how to hire. Customer service is not what you do for the customer, but how you interact with them, and these guys didn't even have to try, they were just being themselves. I appreciate the authenticity. see y'all again soon!”
