I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Canvas Credit Union in Windsor. Their lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. I've encountered multiple instances where important information was not conveyed to me, leading to confusion and delays in resolving issues. It's disheartening to see a financial institution neglecting such basic aspects of customer service.Furthermore, their lack of accountability is concerning. When problems arise, instead of taking ownership and finding solutions, I've felt like I'm being passed around without any real effort to address my concerns. This lack of responsibility is not what I expect from a credit union that is supposed to prioritize its members.I had high hopes when I initially joined Canvas Credit Union, but my experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge others to consider these issues before trusting this institution with their financial matters. It's important to choose a credit union that values open communication and takes responsibility for their actions, which unfortunately, has not been my experience with Canvas Credit Union in Windsor.

Absolutely horrible bank customer service. Not that great online customer service. Even worse. Telephone customer service even worse. They're going to charge you $30 for them to cancel an auto withdrawal. Are you kidding me? No other bank charges that a charge you to transfer money in between your own accounts. No other bank charges that they literally look to nickel and dime all the money they can out of their members. Literally not worth it

We moved to Windsor a year ago and started using this branch. The staff made the process of getting a HELOC very easy and is very friendly every time I come in to do my business.

Had a great experience the many times I have been to this location. It has two outside ATM's that deposit checks and cash. Wonderful associates doing their best as well. Was also able to cancel and get new cards on-site with no wait. Even if there was a wait, they have a nice small seating area to sit during the wait. Thank to be a Canvas member.

Every time I go to this branch it’s been a 30 minute wait there’s only one person working usually on Saturdays From now on I’ll just drive across town and go to a Different branch…

I've always loved canvas. I have all my business accounts with canvas and love to go in and chat with the staff anytime i need help. I have become so disappointed with how they have changed the phone contact so you can no longer reach the branch. That coupled with their very difficult to navigate online platform is pushing me to just pull all my accounts and go somewhere else.

It's no secret that Windsor's brand new branch location/building looks pretty fancy. I was excited to use it today. Imagine my surprise to pull up and find out that this new, I'm sure very expensive building, has no drive thru... It is closed for the stay at home order (as it should be). So, I regrouped. I can handle this problem. I called to get instructions on how to deposit a check online. I talked with no less than 3 people. They all tried to help me but I am unable to deposit a check online. The pictures exceed the 2 MB limit. Customer service could not solve my problem. I will have to drive to Fort Collins, during a stay at home order, with my children to deposit at a branch with a drive thru. I'm disappointed Windsor Canvas Credit Union. That is not helpful to our community. You should have put a drive thru on your brand new building. What were you thinking?
