Bridget was accommodating and pleasant when I went to the showroom to select products amd colors. She knew I was on a budget and did not steer me toward products that were outside my price range and I appreciated that.

Charles then came to my home and made exacting measurements using modern equipment. He was also right on time as scheduled.

The installation team of Mike, Logan and Joe called when they were 10 minutes out and all gave professional greetings when they arrived. They laid out drop clothes to protect my flooring and new tile. They also took painstaking measures to preserve a unique wood accent as I had discussed with Tim and Charles.

Upon completion Joe went over a checklist with me to ensure satisfaction and completely cleaned up all debris from the tearout.”

Frank on the other hand knew I was struggling and took and extra lap around the store with me, finding the exact fittings I needed for my camper to make it a successful weekend.

While chatting with Frank I couldt help but feel at ease.... Good old fashion real life knowledge and help.... not AI generated, not fake being nice..... just genuine, helpful and got me right where I needed to be.
